Estonian Group Analytic Society (EGAS) is a member of E.G.A.T.I.N (European Group Analytic Training Institutions Network) since 2005. The GA Training Program and other courses in Group Analysis organized by EGAS follow the standards of E.G.T.I.N.
Essential general aims for training organisations (according to E.G.A.T.I.N. essential training standards in group-analytic psychotherapy, Item 1):
1.1: The study, education and promotion of group-analytic theory and method (as set out and developed by Foulkes and his followers) and research in both clinical and applied fields.
1.2: The acquisition of a group-analytic attitude and a professional group-analytic identity.
1.3: The maintenance of high standards of professional practice and ethical conduct.
